All sales are final.
In the event of a flawed item we will either refund or send out a new item.
You'll be required to email detailed images of said product for the company's record and determination if a refund or new item is in order.
Mugs and Tumblers should be handwashed to extend their life.
Blemish sale items are final sale except in the event that the mug arrived broken.  Please email detailed images.
